Lime Tart Kit Projects

Happy Friday Everyone! It's a bonus Friday because the Lime Tart November Gallery has gone live. That means I can post my projects here. The November Lime Tart "Full Tart" kit includes Basic Grey Urban Prairie and I LOVE THOSE PAPERS! I'm going to have to have more of it. I used every single piece and just have a few scraps left.

This first page is one of my favorites. This is my teenage son. If you are a mom, I know that photo scares you. If you are kid, you want to join him. He's rope-boarding in the neighborhood. One of his friends took this photo. I don't think I could hold the camera still watching him do this...really.

One more layout for today. This one uses some of the KI Transparent sheets. It's scalloped and has polka dots. I left most of the KI visible. Worked great for the "bubbles" theme of the page.

And how about a card. There is a black Sakura glaze pen in the Full Tart kit. It's really awesome. I free-handed the doodles on the border of this card.

You can view all of the Lime Tart galleries here: A La Tarte, Half Tart and Full Tart. If you are in the US, you can purchase these at Just Johanna's Odd Bird Planet.

And one more peek before I wish you a nice weekend. This was done for the blog at Dream Street Papers. Fall and holiday projects will be posted weekly, so check it out, bookmark it and/or add it to your google reader. You won't want to miss what is coming.

So - I leave you with the weekend and, I've been wanting to use this quote from the Truman show for quite some time...for some odd reason......Good morning, and in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!

All of these creations are great, but the Flying High layout really got me! As a mom of two boys, I could feel your blood pressure rising from here... but what a great shot!!!!

You were the Runner Up Scrapbook Page of the Week at Card of the Week.com. You can see the original post here: http://www.cardoftheweek.com/2008/11/scrapbook-sat-2.html.

I did use a picture from your post, with links back to the site and the original post. I hope that is OK. Please feel free to email me if you need me to change anything.

I also have an “I was featured” on badge for you if you want it :D
