Christmas Joy

It hit me this morning how fast the next 6 or 7 weeks will fly by. It's almost Thanksgiving and then the holiday rush is in full blast. Whether you are ready or not - it will come and come quickly. I had my Christmas music out earlier this week because I got together with some ladies making tags and other gift items. My daughter is now asking for more Christmas music.

Anyway - in the spirit of "Joy" here are a couple of Joy cards that I recently had published.

This angel card is in the November/December 2008 issue of Paper Crafts magazine. The papers are from Scenic Route and Flair Designs. I used Glimmer Mist shimmer spray on the chipboard letters.

This joy card is in the Paper Crafts Card Creations Volume 6 publication. It uses My Mind's Eye, Daisy D's and Flair Designs. The joy sign is from Making Memories.

And, for those of you sitting with baited breath (okay - so I know you really aren't...), here's my newest painting. It's called "French Quarter Delight".

You can watch the auction on Ebay here. I also have a new gallery at Artist Rising. They are in the process of getting things set up to offer prints. Bookmark the site.

And on to other things... How about some sneak peeks? I just finished working with the Lime Tart November kit and I just LOVE this kit. As you can see from the link, the papers are Basic Grey Urban Prairie. What a fun collection.

Check the Lime Tart gallery on Friday. That's when creations for all three of the November kits will be posted. I always get excited when gallery date comes around.

Have a wonderful, wonderful Wednesday. Thanks for stopping by.

The "French Quarter" card is my fav. How long does it take you to produce one of these? Do you do custom work?

When you get the time, please check out my blg.
I have some very interesting Christmas Music.

Thanks a trillion,
